The Scottish Road Works Commissioner, in consultation with the RAUC(S) community has issued a letter, giving advice on undertaking road works during the COVID-19 pandemic.

The Scottish Road Works Commissioner has issued penalties totalling £18,000 to three utility companies for systematic failure to comply with their statutory obligations when placing cables and pipes in roads.
